Turramurra Library in partnership with Diabetes NSW & ACT and CASS is hosting a Bilingual (Chinese & English) information session on Diabetes. The talk will be presented by Lexie Zhiyan Jin, accredited practising dietitian Diabetes NSW & ACT.
The talk will cover:
What is diabetes? Learn more about the different types of diabetes;
what increases your risk and signs and symptoms to watch out for;
How to manage diabetes or reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by making healthier food choices;
Inspiration for quick and easy balanced meals;
Where to go for more help.
