Vanessa Ion: Zoo Life
Crochet art installation
Vanessa Ion is an artist who uses crochet to make offbeat sculptural characters and items such as tea cosies and egg cosies.
As part of Sydney Craft Week, Vanessa has turned the Knox Street window into a crocheted art installation called Zoo Life, featuring a crocheted koala called Gloria – not your average koala.
